Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is almost here and the latest clip reveals Namor meeting Shur (Leticia Wright) and Ramonda (Angela Bassett) in Wakanda.

The latest Wakanda Forever clip was shown during Jimmy Kimmel Live with guest appearance by Namor actor Tenoch Huerta. It shows his threat to Wakanda while sharing his admiration for the powerful kingdom. It also teases the tension between Namor and Wakanda’s people. The footage gives a snippet into Huerta’s character as he questions Wakanda’s decision to reveal the kingdom to the rest of the world.

The Wakanda Forever clip also showcases a tease to the powerful performances from the Black Panther 2 actors. You can see Wright’s Shuri and Bassett’s Queen Ramonda firmly standing their ground against a potential threat from Namor.

Not much context or additional plot details are revealed in the latest Wakanda Forever clip, but it does add to the hype of this film introducing another iconic Marvel character to the MCU. Namor’s origin in the Marvel Cinematic Universe differs from his comic book counterpart who was from Atlantean origins — more like DC’s Aquaman. The MCU iteration of Namor will instead be the King of Talocan. This draws from Mesoamerican influences. This deviation can help the two underwater superheroes stand apart from each other from mainstream audiences.

With the passing of Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman from cancer, his absence and his character’s absence from the Marvel film has the potential to make Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Marvel Studios’ most emotional installments.

Ryan Coogler, who directed 2018’s Black Panther, returns for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever as director and co-writer. The film will see the return of key cast members from the first movie including Leticia Wright, Lupito Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Angela Bassett, and Winston Duke. Wakanda Forever will introduce two Marvel characters to the MCU such as Tenoch Huerta as Prince Namor and Dominique Thorn as Riri Williams a.k.a. Ironheart, who is set to have her own series on Disney+.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever debuts in theaters November 11. Tickets are now available. You can check out the latest Wakanda Forever clip featuring Namor below:
